Where is a good place to look up for forcasted winds at cruise? I ask because the flight planner I use takes into account winds but I don't know what I should put. Especially for like a 5 hour flight. Thanks.

I have ASE. Do you just put the Origin and the Destination in the Briefing tab? I can't seem to build a Flight Plan very well
