I'm a low end user. I got 25fps on the ground, but it brought me down to 9 when I was flying through the storm, then back up to 30 once I was on top. I'm using ASE. I limited the cloud layers to 3, but it didn't help much. Great turbulence modelling! On edit: I noticed when the frames dropped to 9 that the gauges seemed to maintain their smooth FPS.
