I sent a help ticket already, but can someone tell me what im doing wrong, when I go to download the NGX in the ZIP drive and it gets all the way to 99% done then, all of sudden windows start opening like crazy. Im going crazy, I want to fly this so bad, but I can't even get it installed. It's almost like a virus, but its not I've ran AVG, CC Cleaner,at a loss here. Has this happened to anyone else, I have never had a problem with previous PMDG products, but this is a nightmare. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mike Davey 777

It certainly sounds like malware. It's highly unlikely it has anything to do with the PMDG file. bleepingcomputer.com is one place to start with malware issues.
