I wasnt flicking or anything, I was just at FL386 (out of FL390) and checking my emails to get a fatal error.. why would this be?

I'm trying to sort it out myself at the moment with different fsx.cfg settings etc. My first flight was awesome, since then only trouble. If I can't resolve it I'll get back with more details, at the moment I'm blaming my setup. John
