Logbook entry question

Featured Replies

Entries in the logbook are always done automatically when you exit FS9. Is there a way to have the logbook automatically enter flight information after a flight is complete without closing out the program? I've tried ending a flight, but you have to manually enter the information in the logbook. Thanks,Scott

Hi there, I have the same question...Sorry to bother. Any help anyone ?Mike the rookieSpecialized in lawndarts

Please don't take this as the final answer, but I've tried as many things as I can imagine to prompt an auto-filled logbook entry after ending a flight without exiting the sim and have been unsuccessful thus far. I've been scouring FS9.cfg, the menus, and saved flight files with a fine-toothed comb on my more motivated-to-tweak days in hopes of sharing the secret with others. No joy yet.Good luck, guys,Kevin

Scott,If you want to log flights there is a much better option than the default. It's called FlightTracker and you can read all about it here - www.fsflighttracker.com/It's not free but the price is not unreasonable and it an excellent product.Cheers,
