August 9, 201114 yr Hi all there, A few weeks ago I deleted my account that was [email protected] and changed to [email protected] the point is that when I want to activate my product PMDG 747F and PMDG MD-11 how should I do when the installation manager will ask for my e-mail at the time of purchase which e-mail should I put, I sent an e-mail to PMDG at their product support but they did not answer me anything yet: One more thing when I reach the limit of activation of the product what should write at the pmdg product support area my original e-mail or the new one because if they will send the activation to my old e-mail that account was deleted, what should I do in this case, Help please, Regards, Victor Chu
August 9, 201114 yr Try what ever you changed your email to first. I did this a long time ago and it worked.
