I have got a new one and have re-installed FSX (plus Acceleration) and the J41, but I was not prompted to activate the product. When I load it up, have no cockpit instrumentation. Just re-install your J41 and when you fire-up FSX and select the J41 ,it will then ask you for the activation code.Thereafter, you are good to go. If you still have activation probs, then I suggest you raise a ticket with PMDG.
