Go to KLIT using the current weather on DWC. Its a little foggy, but something about it is bringing my pc to a crawl. I only have 3 cloud layers set. What part of this weather is causing the performance hit? 8:00 AM CST

Nope. None of the above. I defrag'd last night. When I set a generic weather theme the performance comes back immediately. It's definitely the current weather. I'm just curios which component is the performance hog so I can make adjustments. On edit: I'm guessing it's the fog.
