A couple of issues I'm having

Featured Replies

When I connect to VATSIM using squawkbox, the graphics get messed up. Either you can't see the buildings, or you can't see the NGX, or you can't see the ground, or some combination. The textures are also all wrong. You might see half the airplane or a skeletal view of it. This will happen immediately after I connect or disconnect but not always. I run SB on a remote system with simconnect. When I connect the FSX screen goes blank for a second and then reappears with the transponder in the bottom right. This happens with every aircraft I fly, but with the NGX the screen may or may not come back as described. When things are working, performance is very good, no issues with frame rates. The other issue I'm having:I'll go through checklist tor prep, pushback and start up, but when I try to taxi, the engines, which are idle at 20.7 N1 won’t spin up with throttle input. No response from throttle movement regardless of input method (F4 or controller). This could be something I'm doing wrong, but I have checked over and over.....and over. This problem happens every time. I pushed CTRL+E just for something to try and after about a minute it was fine. Cheers

I had the same issue with the engines.I had a cessna shut down with mixture off as my default flight so I changed the mixture to full and it sorted it.I then deleted my fsx.cfg to get better fps and all is well.
