I just tried to open a support ticket to have the installation counter reset, due to a complete reinastllation of my PC after buying 737-NGX and problems when installing. I submitted all information needed, also my Order ID, but it doesn't seem to be sent to PMDG. Any suggestions? JJJthe Swede in Spain PS!Forget this, tried once more and it was sent.

I wipe my Windows 7 partition and start from scratch each month, so far I have installed the MD-11 8 times with no problems... I have the boxed edition.
