Verification email, LLC and NGX

Featured Replies

Gentlemen: I am an early purchaser of the NGX, and prior to that a long time ago I purchased the download version of the J41. Separately I own the CD version of the 747-400 for FSX. For the first two, the NGX and the J41 I have successfully purchased an LLC - extended download. In both cases no matter how many times I have clicked the request to re-send the verification email it has NEVER arrived. The email address in my profile is correct. As a result I cannot submit a Support ticket to Re-download the NGX - and if I needed to, I would not be able to dl the J41. I do need to re-download the NGX. Would someone at your end reach into the system, send me the verification email, or give me access to my downloads in my paid for account. Sorry to do it this way, but without the verification email I just can't get into my account at all - and thus no ticket.

KInd regards,

Ian McPhail

Thanks Di, but yes. All I have in there is prize notifications from Readers Digest, requests for my bank account number from Nigeria, and a decent range of other scamming emails.

Haha sounds like mine. I'd post this in the NGX forum so the PMDG team can see it.

Ryan or anyone on the PMDG staff. Your verification email never arrives, although you have my correct email address or at least it is in my profile. I cannot get access to my extended downloads for which I have paid. PLEASE, PLEASE action this request.

KInd regards,

COULD A MEMBER OF THE PMDG STAFF PLEASE ASSIST ME. No matter how many times I click on the send verification email it never arrives. You have sent other material, ie passwords etc to this address, but the verification email is going into a BLACK HOLE. This means that I cannot generate a support ticket, or access my account.

KInd regards,

Ian - I can guarantee the system is sending out emails just fine - there's a bunch of them out in the last hour even. I can't explain why it's not reaching you, but I can tell you the problem's not on our end here. I'll see if I can get the account activated manually... may take some time though. Sorry I missed the original post, my focus has been on the tickets mainly.

Thanks: should be addressed to [email protected] Other material comes from you to that address without a problem - but the 'resend verification email' has never turned up

Ryan: thanks for your response. For reasons unknown to me, and no fault of PMDG, the cyber world, or my ISP anyway - sent each of your auto replies to my webmail (same address). I had no other computer open, I was not in webmail and yet it happened. Then while 'on duty' in a voluntary role, I opened my netbook and webmail to find them sitting there. I can't explain it, but it is all now sorted.

KInd regards,
