August 21, 201114 yr Hi all, I would like to install ASE, but before I purchase I'd like to know if I can install it on my secondary hard disk, since I would like to preserve the (more limited) space on my SSD where FSX is installed. How would this influence the performance of FSX? Does ASE need a lot of reading/writing from the installation disk while in flight? August 21, 201114 yr Hi, Thanks for your interest! No, the installation location does not matter. ASE will communicate with FS no matter where they are located. No there is just a bit of data exchange between the 2 programs.
