Everytime I start a new flight I noticed the fuel load is 92.1% and even when I change it via the CDU next time I start FSX and a flight the same fuel load is back again. Is there any way I can change the default fuel load? The PAX and cargo weight seems to be remembered though.

As far as i know it is saved with the panel state. If you save a panel state with other fuel load and make that your default panel state the fuel should be as you defined.
