Can a CPU upgrade help me run FSX mostly maxed out

Not sure if you have noticed but FSX is probably almost as old as you are!
nah it's only 34 years younger to me. And Phenom's are only comparable to an intel Quad. The Phenom X6 still does not come near the SB which is the newer technology at least in FSX. The thing is about FSX and not AMD vs Intel. if I had the budget than my sig would contain an i5 or i7 or even a phenom I like AMD chips and Intel both.
What is with you and attacking every single person? Are you wanting to be banned??
Di, he is not understanding the FSX difference that's it.
