This is my ticket number: 394-15E20474-5DEF Thank you.From my experience, they will not answer the Support Ticket directly through this Forum.Have you tried logging in to your PMDG account,and then from there to your Support Ticket which requires a different login? I realise I may be stating the obvious but it's only a suggestion because they were pretty fast answering my 3 tickets Rick Almeida

I realise I may be stating the obvious but it's only a suggestion because they were pretty fast answering my 3 tickets I posted my ticket number because that is the support ticket number I got when I logged into their support ticket site that requires another login.
