How can I reset AI to default in FS2002

Featured Replies

I don't have any TTools flight plans or any AI enhancers but my AI flights have fallen down to unacceptable levels. ATC is set to 100% but all I can see/hear are a few GA and an occasional Learjet. No heavies at all. The GA are all around me in the air but they sparsely populate the airports. Is there some mystery configuration file, other than fs2002.cfg, which seems fine, that I can reinstall?

Check the traffic.bgl file in your fs2002scenedbATCScenery folder. The default file is 11087KB dated 9/12/2001 3:06AM. If your file is different, then retrieve the default from your fs2002 CDs using an unzipping program. Search the *.cab files for traffic.bgl and place in the above listed folder.W. Sieffert

Thanks. That particular file seemed good but I restored it anyway and I decided to check some other files. A couple of my modules .dll files had been overwritten and I restored them, too, and now everything works fine.
