How can we calculate the cost index in FMC?

This is what I also do usually, I go for 100. One wants to arrive, no? LMAO.gif Although it's highly unrealistic, as per real ops numbers in the 10-50 range are way more likely, especially nowadays. sig.gif
Ditto - I just hammer the throttles, set usually around 80 CI. I want to get there fast! I'm not paying for the overhauls or fuel teehee

40 is a good average value, it's what I use.

The CL is a number that you HAVE to set in FMC...It's from 1 to 500, and the difference between 1-500 is the Speeds that the FMC sets to you.EX: CL30 climb 270/789 with FL400 cruise setedCL130 289/.805 with FL400 cruise seted*Both are not real values*And it affects the turbine response too, I mean It responds quickly with higher CL's.
