Robert, The post in the pinned section was good news but I want to add to your praise of the support team. I had a problem with activation and Ryan was on top of it emailed me and we set a time that same night to figure out the problem. Ryan was able to fix the problem and I am flying now so he deserves a lot of thanks and a raise or stock options. JeffG
