Problem with CIVA INS keyboard button

Since I built my new computer I cannot get the keyboard to work with the CIVA INS. When I click on the top left corner screw the yellow square light illuminates but the keyboard control does not work at all. Anyone else have this issue and if so have you found a solution ? Mark.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
