FSX KJFK Day/Night Strange texture issues AES?

Posted this on FSDT & Aerosoft but they were unfortunately not able to help. Installed the latest AES version and am now having problems when changing DAY/NIGHT at the jetways, it only seems to happen when AES KJFK is on. Had a lot of flickering when the "Scenery" window was up loading. Issues included loss of terminal building, other scenery objects still showing (With AES Change night/Day .jpg), aircraft, apart from the wheels not showing, loss of the menu bar.(KJFK FSX. & Not Normal jpg;s) Had to use ESC tab to END FLIGHT, when the aircraft example window came up so I could try and see if another aircraft would help this was black. Tried other airports without trouble. Has anyone else had one ore more of these issues. Have Win7 64, DirectX 10 is off. I deleted FS Cabin Announcements which I had bought a few days previously, an recently installed couple of WOAI packages and iFly 737 Intelliscene files as I thought one of these may be the culprit. Please see the attached photo's taken in different sessions. Hope someone can give me advice why changing the time of day results in these issues.
