Is there a program I can download that allows me to update new waypoints into FS2002? I have found the the SIDS and STARS at many airports have been updated and the waypoints required are not in FS2002.Thanks!

Unfortunately no, and the same applies to FS9.The only way to update the default FS database is to manually add intersections and navaids to the correct bit of the database, in the correct order and in the correct format.I think it is true to say that most simmers who want up to date navaids etc use FSnav (payware) or maybe Nav (freeware) which is still available and updateable, I think.
