Hi PMDG. Excuse me if this has already been asked: Does the crossfeed selector and fuel balance works in the NGX? And why does the engines continue working when I turn off the fuel pumps? Thank you in advance.

The pumps boost pressure, however the engines are gravity fed as well. And yes, the crossfeed and balance are modeled. Tyler St. Peter

So how can I make crossfeed work?

If you need to transfer fuel, open up the crossfeed valve, and shut off the pumps on the side you want to pump into. Atleast that's what I do and it seems to work fine. That might not be proper procedure but it works for me.

That is the right procedure, but you might want to take a look at what the QRH has to say about fuel imbalances. It may be a fuel leak.
