Virtual airline - basic

Hi! I have been looking for a framework for a virtual airline... is there any out there?What i want is to have somewhere to register my flights and see where my aircraft is located at the moment(so i dont take off from an airport where my aircraft isnt located at;-) ) and so on...Anyone have any ideas?
