Hi Guys I have just splashed out and bought the NGX after many years of using the NG. I have installed the software however I get a request for an activation code and cannot see anywhere in the install instructions any reference to this. Can anyone throw any light on this please as without this I cannot get started Thanks Freddie613

Check your email your code should be in there, hope that helps

you should have received an email from PMDG when you ordered it. Scroll about 2/3 down & you'll see "NGX Base Package:" followed by a series of number/letters. If you didn't get the email check your trash/junk folders. If you still can't find it go to PMDG's website & open a support ticket.
