September 28, 201114 yr Not really sure what to make of this yet. On first installing, performance was **** compared to FSX. I couldn't achieve more 20FPS anywhere. I then applied the usual cfg tweaks and things are a lot better. Locked at 30 and getting 30. So far I've only made a couple of short hops in the Moody. The aircraft graphics are good and the flight model and visuals are super smooth. I have renamed the exe file 'FSX.EXE' so assume the nVidia Inspector profile is active? I'm getting what I THINK is tearing though, some bluries and slight 'jerking' of ground scenery. My settings are not maxed and it's running at 2042. Anyone else get this? But, concerning renaming exe: I would not rename it, but rather add the exe file to the FSX profile in the Nvidia Inspector, there is a function for that.

From what I understand though, renaming the exe to FSX also allows stuff like EZDOK to work? September 29, 201114 yr From what I understand though, renaming the exe to FSX also allows stuff like EZDOK to work? For EZDOK, yes. For Nvidia Inspector not needed. I was only talking about NI :) And no, I think fsx.exe in FSX folder is different for NI than fsx.exe in P3D folder (I think it saves the path).

Ah, so what should I do in order to use Ezdok AND have Inspector run a profile then? Should I still be renaming the file? September 29, 201114 yr Ah, so what should I do in order to use Ezdok AND have Inspector run a profile then? Should I still be renaming the file? Make a new profile if you are renaming or try adding fsx.exe twice to the same profile, don't know if that works. Maybe it only recognizes fsx.exe without the path.If without path, then you have no problems, one profile is going to be enough. I don't believe EZDOK Devs are gonna need a long time to change this.

You gotta be kidding - they seem to need about a decade just to either answer support requests or issue an update. The complete opposite to when he first started out with payware. I was already wondering about the next version which was supposed to come out way ago.
