Yeppers, it has a Pop-up preventer.6) Is this completed software? A. Depends on your definition. There are more stable releases, but mostly this is Beta stuff. A. http://www.mozilla.org B. Downloads page: http://www.mozilla.org/ C. I would start with Mozilla 1.2b, you can always delete it, if you don't like it.8) I use Linux, Mac, Win XP, WIn95,98,98se,Me, Solaris, AIX, OS2, etc... Can I use it? A. Go Away.15) Does Mozilla have newsgroups.A. Yes, it has newsgroups and a composer for web page bulding too.16) Do you have any other fun program recommendations? A. Well of course I do. Here you go.- For Cookie and Ad Blockers I use Guidescope although Mozilla now does this.http://www.guidescope.com- For getting rid of SPYWARE, that all those supposedly free programs you keep downloading install on your machine unbeknownst to you, I use Ad- Aware located here: ALso get Ref-Update 2.0 to do quicker updates in the future. For giggles, after you run it, come back and tell us how many instances of spyware you had on your 'puter. :-lolhttp://www.lavasoft.de- For a firewall, I use Zone Alarm, it is located here:http://www.zonealarm.com- For virus Protection, I use the Best, IMHO. AVG Anti virus. It is located here.http://www.grisoft.com- For those with cable modems or DSL in The United States, here is my backup provider for dial up. I use access-4-free which charged me $4 to set up and I get 10 free hours a month, or worst case $10 a month for unlimited access. No Banners, No ads, just access. Pops throughout the country and they lease great lines.http://www.access-4-free.comOh, by the way. All of these programs are FREE, (except for access-4-free), so no more buying virus updates, blockers, security, etc... Go grab this stuff and learn how to protect your computer on your own.And here is the disclaimer. If it does not work, it means you didn't read ALL OF THE DIRECTIONS, so don't blame me when your computer blows up. :-)Have Fun Folks,Joe :-wavePS - Would you rather have a little e for a broswer, or a lizard?Your Choice. :-)Here are Picture Galleries of My Trip out west in 2002.Gallery #1 Pima Air & Space Museum + AMARC (Boneyard) at Davis Monthan AFB, Tucson, Arizona. Or if you like IE, you can use Crazy Browser or MYIE2 front ends - both free - to get tabs and popup blockers. MYIE2 also allows grouping favourites so you can launch them all (in tabs) with one click. Recommended!

Thanks Joe, that was not only informative, but highly entertaining as well. I'm almost, very nearly, on the edge, really considering installing SP1 for XP. Once I do that (and it hopefully doesn't cause my puter to run down the hall screaming), I will remove IE and get myself a helping of Mozilla. And yes, I know I can install it without removing IE, but one step at a time. After all, my computers are primarily for flight simulation, and they do that very well at the moment.
