do you have clearance delivery frequency dialed in correctly? i've never seen this questino before, so i'm not sure what could be going wrong here. make a log file, instructions pinned to the top of the forum. duplicate the problem, and zip up the log file. also, it might be helpful, if you tried one of the tutorials, that are well documented, with predictable results, to see if something happens differently jd
