FWI Dublin - AFX File Location ?

Hello All I've just downloaded and installed FWI's Dublin, but for the life of me, I can't locate the AFX file. The details on JF's site state, "...AFX file contains every possible gate", so I'm pretty sure that there should be one? Any help much appreciated. Regards
