Saitek Throttle Quadrant

Featured Replies

I've had my Saitek yoke and throttle quadrant for over a year without any problems. I've been having a problem recently with the quadrant. I have my right most lever (I think it's the Y axis) mapped through FS9 for excremental flap extension. Recently my flaps will randomly extend without me touching the lever, which makes for an interesting situation when on final. I have read that I might need to clean the insides with a spray but it's been difficult to find accurate information.I know there are loads of posts about phantom key presses but I wasn't sure if this was similar.I do have a registered copy of FSUIPC but I am not using it for the throttle quadrant lever (I do have one button mapped for gear retraction/extension) I appreciate any advice out there. Thanks
