Can someone please advise on a good tutorial.I'm using "photoshop" and "paint".I see all the lovely repaints and want to try my hand at itThanx.

You can find videos on YouTube, or visit forums that support the particular aircraft you are planning on painting. Most of the time they have tips or videos in those forums. For example, Level-D has put out several good tutorial videos on how to paint their aircraft. One advise I can give you is to always remember that layers is your friend, and time saver.
