Flap 5 warning sound at low engine N1

Featured Replies

Hello,Before installing SP1, when at flaps 15, and engine N1 below 40 or somewhat percent, I got a warning sound. Lowering gear was the thing to do.Now, after installing SP1, I already have this warning sound at flaps 5.Is this some kind of company option I missed?I'd like to go back to flaps 15...Bert Van Bulck

Hi, I had also the warning at flaps 5 approaching vienna yesterday. I also tought it was always at flaps 15.

Touch and Goes at LOWI, all afternoonDrooling myself all the time, it's great.Jut tried again if I get the warning sound at flaps 5 with engines idle: nope, not this time. Strange.Further on:- no CTD's- looks fantastic (with the mountains etc...)- flies fantastic- the new touchdown sound: thanks a lot for it. (I don't know how it sounds in the cockpit but in the cabin, it does like in the NGX.Bert Van Bulck
