I just got a set of saitek rudder pedles. The manual is for fs 2004 so could someone tell me how to set them up please in a FSX. I don't understand it all.

If you are using FSUIPC, I can't help you. If you're using the default, go to controls, then 'Axis' tab, in FSX, select your pedals from the dropdown, and make sure they are set for rudder axis, it should already have recognized them as such. Then go to the 'Left' and 'Right' braking assignments and set each. Make sure you check the reverse setting check box next to each of the brake pedal assignments. Also, ensure nothing else is assigned to the rudder pedals in this section. My pedals had aileron controls set by default.You should be good to go.
