ATR 72-500. COM 2 problem

I have the ATR 72-500, and whilst COM1 works perfectly, when I try to set the frequency of COM2 to the above position, whilst the small red act blips, (see attached) the figures do not swap places, yet they do on COM1. Anybody have any ideas please. Yes, both buses are on.ThanksJohn

Make sure you have your Nav coms turned on as well.
