Is there a program/utility that can scan your FSX airports sceneries you are using and be able to provide a selected airport's ILS frequencies?Thanks

Yes - a few of them but nearly all payware: Flight sim Commander, AiviaSoft EFB. others will add to this.PlanG is free - they all have moving maps.DMB

The standard FSX GPS units will do this too.Cheers,- jahman.

My personal favorite is AiviaSoft EFB. In addition to giving ILS frequencies it also reads displays all the charts, etc. for an airport. It is payware, but well worth it.
