Does anyone have a valid email address for Simmarket. I have lost my password and can not seem to get a reply from their site recover password tool. I can not use their comtact form because I need a password...lol If someone from simmarket sees this please contact here or via PM...thanks!

No reply from that email address for about a week now. Tried forgot password function several time and it says sending email but never arrives...checked junk mail folder and all the normal things like that?

that is odd, using the same email I had to reset mine not to long ago, worked fine. I also purchased a product I already had on accident, they resolved it in less than a day.Hope you get it sorted out soon.
