I am trying to install 747400 X on my computer but cannot because it keeps coming up with error messagesthese messages show up each time i try to install thisMy system isAMD X2 4600+ processorWindows Xp prefessional running service pack 31gb ah4650 agp graphics card3.4gb memoryflight simulator X with accelerationwould be grateful for any assiatcance as PMDG support doesnt seem to be getting back with their emailthankyou

If you opened a support ticket you might log back in and check its status. Sometimes notification emails get lost.

Well i have format my hard drive and reinstalled fsx and i still cannot install PMDG 747 400 x please can anybody help?

PMDG ha stopped support by way of tickets as from 25h febuary 2010, therefore the only means of support is in hereI just wish someone would help as i cannot use this expensive piece of software plus the addons i bought

What in the world are you talking about? Tickets are the primary means of support, forum is secondary. It's emailing that isn't done any more.
