Hi there everyone sorry if this problem has already been posted, due to the fact my pc was out of action for three years with blue screen crashes , at last I have updated my motherboard and have a stable system to load FSX again , howver I have installed the pmdg 777 and it no longer displays an activation window. please could anybody assist ...thankyou in advance

Thankyou for getting back to me, i double clicked the Lsk 3 key in the fmc , and it appears to work, however this only worked after i uninstalled then reinstalled the PMDG 777 200, also the APu Power and External power does not emluminate green when the apu starts up, i do not know whether previous addons can clash with oe another, as i now have the PMDG 747 400 X uninstalled and more features tend to work with the 777 , which is odd, also i have several versions of C++ redistributable on my Pc, Does anyone know whether these versions can clash at all with one another ?

hi i do click the LSK next to the cg, it comes up with a value then i try to insert it and it says INVALID ENTRY

Hi there having just bought the PMDG 777, i was unsure about the windows 8.1 compatibility, but also having the PMDG 747 400 X and that works ok i bought the 777, but unfortunately the 777 doesnt work as good, for example no matter how long that i wait the APU doesnt start up, and in the FMC the cg% Values cannot be inserted either manually or via th shortcut mentioned in the PMDG tutorial. Please could anyone advise me as to how to get around this ? my system is AMD A10 6800K 8 gb DDr3 RAM 1600mhz 2tb hard drive 8670hd onboard graphics Windows 8.1 Flight simulator X with acceleration Thanks Chris Heydon

Hi there, i have recently upgraded to windows 8.1, and am having difficulty running the PMDG 747 400 X on flight simulator, i also understand that for some users flight simulator X doesnt work for alot of windows 8 users, but i have manged to work around those only to find diffculty once i have installed this addon. It is the boxed version that im running, and my system is as follows AMD A10 6800K APU Radeon hd radeon 8670D graphics 8gb DDR3 RAM WD Caviar Green 2tb Sata Harddisk Realtek soundcard Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-DS2 MOTHERBOARD WINDOWS 8.1 64 BIT BAR CODE ON MY BOX IS 4 015918 102711

PMDG ha stopped support by way of tickets as from 25h febuary 2010, therefore the only means of support is in hereI just wish someone would help as i cannot use this expensive piece of software plus the addons i bought

Well i have format my hard drive and reinstalled fsx and i still cannot install PMDG 747 400 x please can anybody help?

First thanks for everyone that replied to my posting, yes i have run flight simulator X before i installed PMDG 747 400 X , also i remember last time i wanted to install the program, i had to completely reinstall windows again , install flight sim X and aceeleration, and beofr ei installed any other aircraft installed the PMDG 747 400 X and it worked, however considering i have already reinstalled do not wish to do this again. I ahve tried running|( as suggested by sheepu) as adminstrator, but since i left password blank on adiministrator pasoword it will not let me do this, and also i have tried to look for user accont control but cannot find this in xp, i also have installed Windows xp service pack 3 , whether this has any bearing on my difficulties i do not know. It is frustrating as i know that there is nothing wrong with the software as it has worked before. if anyone can be of further help please do thanksyou again
