Nose Wheel Steering

On the left hand side is a switch that says Nose Wheel Steering.It can be switchedon the left hand side you have the tiller going over with a mouse the cursor shows something can be done but nothing happensAnyone any idea for both?Thx Ian

The nows wheel steering has to do something with the hydraulics.Please don't blame me but I think in the 'Normal' possition the noseweehl is steered by the A hyd sys and in the other possition it is controled by the B hyd sys.I noticed the same with the tiller, but don't ask me how to operate it.

You are correct. Normal nosewheel steering is powered by the A system and alternate steering is powered by the B system. As for the tiller appearing to be operable via the mouse, maybe PMDG thought about enabling tiller steering from the VC but decided not to implement it.Kevin Hall
