I think that the minimum altitude is set to 200 so it won't say the altitude.

Depends on the type of approach you are flying. The minimum altitude (the altitude that tells the pilots that they need to have visually picked up the runway and if they don't they need to go around) can be different.

I can hear the 200 feel callout if I remove the 500 one, but I have never heard them together at any airport. I still think that there is a problem, but I guess that I am destined to never know....
