HiI havent had the time to keep up with the forums recently and have only really got around to taking the 600 up. I experienced the freezing issue on the 800, but it disappeared after the SP1 - now it's back.Have I missed something obvious here guys? When I installed it (the day of release) I followed the guide that was posted - have I goofed it?Mark

Mark,Sometimes the Windows Event Viewer has helpful information about the error.
