ATCSim2.0 online flyers

Featured Replies

I've installed Version 2 of ATCsimulator, which has the capability to interface with MSFS. I was wondering if anyone would like to get together sometime online with it and RogerWilco and give it a try. You'll need a litle file that's on the atc disk, but which I can send you. There's no need to post here, just drop me an e-mail [email protected] if youre interested.Im in Newburgh, IN, so we're on central time. Thanks,JohnW

How do you like this sim? Have they improved the voice recognition and play back? I had the original version but the pilot voices were hard to understand and the voice recognition did not work well. If there has been positive improvement I might spring for this one. Thanks for any feedback you can give.Capt Mac

Hey, Capt Mac:I always had good luck with the voice recognition system. It was just a matter of training the VR. I have no problem understanding the pilots' voices, either. You can choose between real voices or synthesized.I havent really gotten too much into it, but the AI pilots seem to react much more realistically, there's a lot more interaction in terms of creating your own scenarios etc.Im not a real controller, but it looks much better than the older versions.John
