December 11, 200223 yr I'm upgrading to a P4 2.8 Ghz. I want a motherboard that supports AGP 8x in anticipation of the GeForce FX. Can anyone suggest a good, stable board that will handle the 2.8? Also, what chipset is on the board?http://cs-people.bu.edu/pgeddes/flightsim/signature2.jpg
December 16, 200223 yr Check out the Abit IT7MaxII, it's based off of the Intel 845E chipset. It has AGP 8X, Serial ATA supprt (for next gen hard drives), onboard 6 channel sound, built in LAN, Raid, USB 2.0 and firewire. Abit boards are good for over clocking as well.
