Check out the Abit IT7MaxII, it's based off of the Intel 845E chipset. It has AGP 8X, Serial ATA supprt (for next gen hard drives), onboard 6 channel sound, built in LAN, Raid, USB 2.0 and firewire. Abit boards are good for over clocking as well.
