Will FS2002 addons work with FS2004

There is a lot of addons in form of airports scenere etc designed tobe used with FS2002. I would like to know if it is certain that they will work as well in Fs2004? Or should I await specific FS2004 versions?

There is no general rule. Some addons will work, some will not. You'll just have to test them.
