Cliff you only compile when you download updates, not every time you start FS9. The traffic density slider in the traffic settings does affect ai traffic. Sometimes, depending on the time of day, there just isn't much traffic (like in the real world), but ksfo should always have more than seven aircraft there I would think. Might take a few mins to load, but sounds like you did a circuit so they should have been there. Hope you get it working...EDIT: did you download the afcad files from the UT site? Make sure you have an afcad for ksfo in the addonscenery/scenery folder.billg

Bill thanks for that. 1.I've looked in my FS9 folders but in the Addon Scenery folder there are no afcad files. What puzzles me more is when, after launching FS 9, and going into Options....Settings....all I found wereGeneralDisplayInternationalSoundATCWeatherTraffic..........but no Scenery Library! So I couldn't check whether afcad was included there. Is there another way of accessing the Scenery Library?Do you by any chance have the site address where the afcad download can be found?

I've just found a sentence in one of the Forums saying that "UT installs AFCADs in the Addon Scenery/Scenery folder in the form of F1UT_XXXX.bgl."After reading that I used Windows Explre to again look in the Addon Scenery Folder and sure enough there are a host of F1UT.XXXX bgl files included in the list.
