Well I think they wouldn't allow me to post this at the PSS forum so I thought I would take advantage of the "democratic" forum and post here. I know this topic was probably mentioned a million times but why doesn't the fly by wire modelling work very well on the PSS bus? PMDG did an awesome job at the CWS of the 737 so why can't PSS do a decent fly by wire modelling?

Modelling an aircraft and complex systems like fly-by-wire is a pretty difficult task remember. Personally PSS aren't my cup of tea.

It's such a shame to see this negative shift in attitude towards their existing or, indeed, prospective customers. Remember the heady days of the PSS-777 and 747? These guys couldn't put a foot wrong then. I suspect there is trouble in the camp and I do hope they can get it sorted before we all start drifting away :(Mike

And.. in two responses to your post, here comes the invitation to beatup on another vendor. Sorry guys, I see where this is going and am going to shut it down right now. And NO... this isn't because we are biased toward PSS - we do the same for all threads like this - it is just common sense (to answer the conspiracy buffs out there before they even get started).
