December 28, 201114 yr Hi Frank,They have closed e-mail support a long time ago. You should get a ticket here: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspxYou have to register first and than you can leave a ticket. PMDG will normaly respond to it in a day or two.Jonathan John Rubens
