Q) If I off the IRS buttons during flying.

I wrote about IRS, but I searched and I found the answer. Thank you.If IRS buttons go OFF during flight. That means it can't be recorverd.

Just for fun, however, you can do what you would really do if INS data became unreliable. You can switch the INS switches to ATT, fly straight and level for 10 minutes, and most of the autopilot functions will return. Get a radio or GPS fix and fly your route. An INS failure can be a lot of fun actually.
