Loss of Configuration when loading a Saved Flight

Featured Replies

I like to practice my Approaches, and have set the aircraft up at the beginning of the ILS with the aircraft autopilot engaged and all the data entered into the FMC. I save the flight, and when I load a saved flight it puts me back in the same location but I have to re-enter the FMC data and the auto-pilot modes. Is there any way that I can return to the exact position and configuration(ie. auto-pilot on and FMC loaded) each time I load a saved flight? Thanks anybody.

Similar question for me: every flight saved during descent phase cannot load properly (black displays, buttons not responding,...)I must say I am very happy with the NGX in general. The only domain where I experience serious bugs is "Interaction with FSX": in addition to the above, restarting after a crash, changing livery, and so on, do not work correctly.Cheers,Gerard E.

Packvalve,It would be nice (and nessesary) when you can sign with your name. However when you save a flight you have to gave it a name. For instance: "abc" Later when you want to load the flight click on the name "abc" then wait until the green bar at the top of the screen goes away (after about 20 seconds). Then press the Menue key on the MCDU -> SETUP -> LOAD PANNELSTATE -> "abc" Then the green bar is visibly for 20 seconds again, counting down from 20 to 0 and then, when it reaches 0 the plane should be configured like when you saved that flight.Jonathan
