What are the latest NVidia Inspector settings?

Would someone show me the latest and best Nvidia Inspector settings? With a new version out, and new Nvidia drivers out, I'm always curious if the Inspector settings have changed, and if someone found a better configuration for this tool.Much appreciated.Stan
