January 4, 201214 yr HiSo my question is what are normal/good temps for my cpu when flying. My CPU is 26C (79F) right now and my motherboard is 21 C so 70F this is not overclocked yet. Are these temps ok? They are about room tempreture maybe a little warmer.I have a Sniper case with 4 built in fans and a good cpu cooler. What are your thoughts?thanks lee
January 4, 201214 yr Hi Lee,Apparently those are idle temps (and they're okay). Are you monitoring temps under FSX load? Use Realtemp to monitor temps in a normal flight.Anything under 70C is acceptable, but for load in FSX I see mid 50s. Hopefully you're not approaching 70C in FSX. January 4, 201214 yr Author Thanks for the reply. I'm nowhere near 70 Celsius when I'm in fsx maybe 30-40C I'll double check but my pc is always very cool. Or did you mean 70 faharenheit? I'll get realtempThanks Edited January 4, 201214 yr by LeeL
